Grappa Henry seraph
The range of grappa Enrico Serafino
has three variants: white grappa,
Muscat grappa and Nebbiolo grappa.
The first is obtained from the
distillation of fresh grapes with noble
grape varieties. The second is obtained
from the distillation of fresh grapes of
the famous Muscat. Finally, from the
heart of the Langhe and Roero, with
its charm of aromas and flavors of this
spirit of the prince of grape marc, we
have the legendary Nebbiolo.
LUCANO
BAROQUE GRAPPA
Amber, vanilla and red fruit. GRAPPA
BAROCCA is a valuable product, to
taste, alone or in combination with the
chocolate.
Baroque is obtained from the batch
distillation of grape marc red and white
and careful aging in French oak barrels
fine.
A spirit intended all’Ho. Ho.Re.Ca.,
which will be presented at the next
show at the bar HOST Lucano with a
totally renewed.

Oltre il Vallo (Over the range)
‘Oltre il Vallo’ is the first aged grappa
aged in barrels of Single Malt Scotch
Whisky born from the collaboration
between Diageo Italy and Berta
Distillery. The collaboration between
Berta, which for four generations
cultivated the art of grape processing
and distillation, and Diageo, the world
leader in the field of premium alcoholic
beverages, was born an innovative
project that is the union of two very
different cultures and far between, but
united by a passion for distillation: the
Scottish Highlands and Monferrato.

It comes from a rigorous selection
of skins produced exclusively from
grapes of the ancient and rare variety
of Raboso. The distillation is carried
out according to the traditional method
discontinuous bain-marie, the only
one capable of enhancing aromas
and flavors of cherry and blackberry,
present in grapes of origin. Its aroma,
very intense and persistent has a power
of attorney after tasting a feeling of
great harmony.

This skillful blend of different vintages
is a journey of the senses that begins
with the surprisingly floral aroma

aftertaste from the incredible softness.
GRAPPA NONINO (grappa
Granddaddy)
8 YEARS IN RESERVE BARRIQUES
It is a thoughtful blend of Grappa, from
marc MonovitignoMoscato, Friulano,
Merlot, Schioppettino and vineyards
of Friuli; aged 8 years in small oak
barrels, Limousin, Nevers and ex
-Sherry. It’s amber intense and brilliant.
On the palate confirms the olfactory
richness and fruity, with notes of
pastry, spices, chocolate and marzipan.

Nonino Grappa Riserva 8 Years in oak
barrels is distilled using traditional
methods, aged in oak barrels and
bottled without added colors. This
year marks the 40 years of the
creation of Monovitigno by Nonino
Grappa creation that has turned from
Cinderella to a queen of the spirits!
GRAPPA BOCCHINO
RESERVE CARLO MOUTHPIECE
The reserve consists of Carlo Bocchino
grappa of different ages is coming from
different Piedmonts’ vines (Barbera,
Nebbiolo, Moscato) that form a complex
bouquet, articulate and unmistakable.
After distillation, the brandy is placed
to mature in oak barrels from Allier
and Limousin Troncais, preserved in
the aging cellars in Canelli . The color
is very deep and intense due to the
long stay in the wood. The Reserve
Carlo Bocchino has a rich aroma, with
hints of vanilla very long, tobacco,
spices. The palate is opulent, velvety,
elegant, complex and continuous.
