After the great success that was
International Gourmet Foods’ (IGF)
Product Showcase in February, they
came back to the Washington, D.C.
Metropolitan area with even bigger
success!
Hosted by Maurizio and staff along
with 60 of IGF’s vendors; the turnout
was spectacular! With attendance in
excess of 600 restaurant chefs, owners
and retailers, the positivity was
overwhelming. Overheard on more
than one occasion; “This was the best
show I’ve ever been to.”
International Gourmet Foods’ own
booths featured retail, foodservice,
cheese and protein sections. The
highlighted product lines that were
displayed within their booth were
products from Qualitaly and Frantoio
di Sant’Agata. The foodservice booth
also boasted an exciting new product
line from California consisting of
popular micro greens, edible flowers
and petite vegetables. FreshOrigins®
products will elevate the elegance of
the chef’s creations and credit IGF for
their innovative product lines. Also
featured were several items geared
toward the gourmet retailer and wine
shops with products from Antica Italia
and Miguel & Valentino; both exclusive
to International Gourmet Foods, Inc.
