Double-breasted

guinea fowl stuffed

with porcini

mushrooms

Ingredients

450 g breast of guinea fowl

100g mushrooms porcini mushrooms

For the filling:

50 gr. Calf meat

50 gr. Pork meat

50 gr. Salsciccia

2 slices Loaf

1 egg

50 gr. Grated Parmesan cheese

Salt

Pepper

nutmeg

10 slices bacon tense

Method:

Cook mushrooms according to

the classical method. Combine all

ingredients and mix them all, leaving a

little ‘of mushrooms aside for garnish.

Tap the two guinea fowl breasts. Add

salt and pepper, put the filling in the

center and close to the portfolio. Lay the

bacon slices and roll it all by tightening

and forming a roll. Then cooked in oil,

garlic and rosemary from all 4 sides and

Peeled tomatoes - Whole peeled

color, odor and flavor characteristics of

a healthy and mature tomato, free from

foreign odors or flavors, no artificial

Tomato sauce - Product obtained by the

processing of fresh tomatoes, healthy,

pasty, homogeneous with the absence of

phase separation, free from impurities

and / or foreign material of every kind.

Packaging in tinplate of 3 kg

Cherry tomatoes in tomato juice – the

tomatoes in tomato juice consist in

unpeeled cherry tomatoes, ripe and

whole with the addition juice, pre-

packaged in airtight metal packaging,

stabilized by pasteurization. The color

is uniform, typical characteristic of

these tomatoes, may be slightly pale

or reddish orange with slight veins on

the surface of the fruit, with an intense

aroma, characteristic of fresh tomatoes.
