Our range is completed with a wide choice of spices and condiments (sauces, oil, vinegar, bases for cooking, ready- made sauces, butter, milk, cream, preparations for desserts, dried fruit and syrup) and a selection of high quality flours able to satisfy any type of leavening, for the creation of any pizza, from the pan pizza to the authentic Neapolitan pizza. Still on the supply side, do you cover additional areas, other than food? Yes, of course. We have a product line dedicated to takeaway and premises cleaning. Thanks to the collaboration with external companies, we are also able to offer necessary kitchen equipment - from the ladle to the refrigerator - and in the dining room, where thanks to porcelain and crystal we ensure impressive fittings. What are Noval’s strengths? The strings to our bow are numerous. The first is the careful selection of suppliers, which guarantees the constant quality of products. The second refers to the service: our qualified representatives visit our customers weekly to support them in choosing the best products. But that’s not all. We can count on another factor that can make the difference: the punctuality of deliveries that are made with drivers with owned vehicles, in Turin city and belt, in just 24/48 hours from receipt of the order. With regard to sales and delivery, for some months now orders can also be made through the website... That’s right. With the new website we have also introduced the possibility of facilitating the ordering phase of our products. Customers with access credentials can connect to the reserved area from where they can order products directly online. The delivery will then be handled by our proven team. Those who are not yet registered, can simply contact us so that they can be entered in our database and quickly receive username and password. Are you also on social media? In addition to the renewed website, which allows you to easily send contact requests and browse our catalogues, we have been active on Facebook for a few years and on Instagram since February. Moving from digital to reality, how is Noval organised? The company structure, the staff, the headquarters and the warehouse... Our staff consists of 16 agents and 35 employees, divided into different functions: drivers, warehouse workers, employees in the purchasing department, accounting, to the EDP and back office. Following the expansion carried out in 2012, the headquarters now covers a total area of 4,500 square meters, where there are offices, storage area, cold and freezer cells. You also organise a reference event for the sector, Food and Tec: what is it about? It is a three-day event dedicated to catering professionals, attracting 1,500 visitors and 100 exhibitors. The next appointment is scheduled for 2020, most likely at the Pala Alpitur in Turin in September. Finally, what advantages can you draw from your association with Cooperativa Italiana Catering? We are one of the founding members of the Cooperative, of which we have been a member since 1999. We have believed in CIC since the beginning and still today we are convinced of the advantages of belonging to the association: having first-hand information on the market, relying on the strength of a group both in terms of purchases and imports and, last but not least, benefiting from the exchange of experience with other companies operating in our sector.
