For 4 people: 600 grams of veal kidney; 1 bunch of finely chopped parsley; 2 cloves of garlic; the juice of half a lemon; 100 grams of butter; salt and pepper. Cooking time: about 5-6 minutes. Chop the kidney, which has been stripped of all its ligaments, previously soaked for some time in cold running water and then dried on a dry cloth, in thin slices less than 1 cm high. Stir in plenty of hot, frothy butter in which the two slightly crushed garlic cloves have been previously immersed. Leave to cook on high heat, for the indicated time. Then put it to a corner of the stove, sprinkle with the lemon juice, add the parsley and a little more raw butter. Season with salt and pepper, remove the pieces of garlic, throwing them away, and pour everything into a hot serving dish, with high sides. The legislature - Art. 4, paragraph 5 sexies, legislative decree No. 104 of 12/09/2013, converted with amendments into Law no. 128/2013 – repealed the provision referred to in the second sentence of paragraph 10- bis of Art. 51, L. No. 3/2003, which extended the applicability of the provisions concerning the protection of the health of non-smokers - including those concerning the prohibition of smoking in enclosed spaces - also for products which are substitutes of the smoking products, such as electronic cigarettes.” That is, currently: “there is no prohibition Ex lege of using the electronic cigarette in enclosed spaces.” Along the same line, the Appeals Commission expressed its opinion to the Ministry of Employment, according to which “in the absence of a specific provisions of law, [it is believed] not applicable to electronic cigarettes, the smoking ban provided for by Art. 51 of Law no. 3/2003 to protect the health of non-smokers.”
